CALIBRATION MANUAL The firm has a good appropriate calibration plan, all measuring instruments are calibrated in house and NABL approved laboratory. The internal calibration is done in every six month and calibration by NABL approved laboratory is done yearly. With above measures the firm is in a position to give good quality products with no dimensional deviations. CONTRACT  REVIEW The firm has got experienced staff and is capable to properly plan and execute the work as per time bound programme and meet the contractual requirement. TESTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE: The material and the finished products are tested at Tool Room cum Testing Lab an undertaking of M.P Government. After various tests which are conducted by Tool Room cum Lab. a test certificate is issued before the material is supplied to the concerned department. As far as Ammunition Containers are concerned apart from firm's quality control staff. Defense Department is having there own Quality Assurance Officers. The Product is strictly supervised right from the Raw Material stage to finished product stage Important activities of production is given in flow process chart. Material is checked at different stages. The calibration is done yearly / half yearly as per the requirement. The important stages for quality control tests are:- 1.  Testing of raw material 2.  Leakage test for water tightness. 3.  Corrosion test. 4.  Salt spray test. 5.  Load Test. 6.  Vacuum test for air tightness. 7.  Drop test. For the above proper record is maintained. DESIGN CONTROL 1.   The firm is having qualified and experienced Engineer and is capable for proper       planning. Development. Control and verification of product. The partners are       responsible for planning and for other activities Engineer - in - charge is       responsible.         2.   Firm is having adequate infrastructure and qualified experienced personnel to      under take product design tasks.       3.   Resource of the firm are adequate for implementation and verification of tasks       involving product design to meet the required specifications.       4.   The firm is capable to produce a product to specific design inputs.       Since big factories are located at Jabalpur there is not difficulty in getting skilled       personnel's. Firm has already developed and supplied various small Ammunitions       Components, Ammunition Boxes (Various Types ), Grenade Components, High       Precision Primer Components, Fuze Components, Small Arms  Components &       Automobile Components.
